When Bob Allen arrived at Highland High School in 1996, there was little around the campus but farmland. There was also no real structure for students who wanted to give back to their community. He spent the next 30 years building one.

Over 400 volunteers gathered at Highland High for Camp VNET, an annual day of training, connection, and celebration. Guided by the motto Reset. Focus. Prepare., attendees participated in workshops designed to equip volunteers and community partners across all 38 GPS campuses for the upcoming year.
